EXODUS CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP

An avenue for loved ones and caregivers to come together to talk openly, listen, and share their experiences. The support group's only goal is to generate mutual exchange and support.

  • Creating disability friendly environment and access;
  • Coordinating conferences and seminars; and
  • Support services including transportation and home aid.
