July 2007 - Night of 1001 Laughs USA

The Second Annual Night of 1001 Laughs featured performances by Comedians, Basket Mouth, I Go Dye, Yibo Koko and musical performance by D'banj, Don Jazzy and Wande Coal.  This annual event is organized by the Nigerian Reunion Corporation in partnership with the Exodus Guild.

October 2006 - PHENIG Annual Conference

Ms. Akinbuli with Misters Akingbade, Mojuolagbe, and Ojudu at the PHENIG Conference.

 

Founder and Executive Director, Ms. Funke Adenodi Akinbuli participated at the 1st Annual PHENIG (Public Health and Education in Nigeria) Conference held in Columbia, MD to inform on the State of disability in Nigeria.  We are all stakeholders in this issue of disability and Africa.

July 2006 - Night of 1001 Laughs

At the first installment of Night of 1001 Laughs, Comedians Away Away, Julius Agwu, Basket Mouth and Michael Blackson were featuredwith musical performance from Opera singer Abiodun Koya. This annual event is organized by the Nigerian Reunion Corporation in partnership with the Exodus Guild.

December 2005 - THE BIRTH

 

On December 23, 2005 what is now known as the Exodus Guild, Inc was formally registered in Massachusetts.  Exodus was formed to promote the inclusion and welfare of Africans living with disability.  We are optimistic about achieving our goals and thank all supporters in advance.  The journey begins.
