Our belief is that people who have physical, sensory, intellectual, or psychological variations, which may sometimes cause limitations and impairments, are disabled only when society fails to accommodate their individual differences.
This model acknowledges that some individual differences may cause limitations and/or impairments. However, these differences are not always fundamentally disabling.
Our purpose with Exodus is to facilitate appropriate systemic change(s) whereby, people with disability are accommodated so that they too may have a livelihood.
