| 2008 has been a wonderfully productive year. The Board of Directors thank our donors, team of volunteers, and sponsors for making this year one to remember. Highlights of our 2008 activities are shown below. Now, we look forward to an interesting 2009. Happy New Year!

They represented in a big way and in addition to providing bevarages for the December 2008 School Supplies and Holiday Party program, each student was also presented with parting gifts from our sponsor. December 2008 Safeway: School Supplies & Holiday Party Program | December 18 - Safeway Safeway Nursery & Primary School (& Day Care) is an inclusive school which caters to children with and without disability. Additionally, the Safeway Founder, (Mommy Folajoke) lives with a physical disability. With this program, Exodus was able to convey her holiday wishes to the students and teachers as she always wanted.

December 2008 New Oko Oba: School Supplies & Holiday Party Program | December 16 - New Oko Oba New Oko Oba is an inclusive school for those living with and without disability. At New Oko Oba, the education of students is integrated and placements into class is determined by the mental capacity of a student for the specific curriculum.

December 2008 Atunda Olu School: School Supplies & Holiday Party Program | December 15 - Atunda Olu School Atunda-Olu is a state school that caters to the educational needs of those living with physical disability are educated.

December 2008: DISAIDS | World AIDS DAY RALLY Exodus in collaboration with the Society for Family Health organization conducted an awareness rally through the streets of Lagos, Nigeria.

| WOMAN OF THE MONTH! | July 2008 Ms. Akinbuli with some of the participants of the NRC/Afripro Business Seminar Ms, Akinbuli with Banky W. and Mr. Dele Momodu of Ovation magazine at the NRC/Afripro Business Seminar. Mr. Adenodi, one of the Exodus disability advisor with Comedian Basket Mouth at the NRC Awards. | NRC Exodus participated at the 2008 NRC/Afripro Business Seminar. 
 

| September 2007 to May 2008 
Ms. Akinbuli with some of the other participants of the WCPPP 2008 class. | Disability & Stigma: The African Perspective A Case Study of Down's Syndrome Exodus conducted a case-study, that, once complete will inform on the African Perspective of Disability and Stigma. Ms. Akinbuli presented the findings from this case study in May 2008 at the University of Massachusetts - Boston, Women in Politics and Public Policy 2008 presentation series.

With the help of Mr. Lanre Awesu, Exodus donated school supplies to the New Oko Oba Primary School, a school for children with Disability in Lagos, Nigeria.
